When I came on board in March of this year I encountered a Dynamics GP system that had not been upgraded for several years; manuals were no longer available and Microsoft was cutting off support. Our operational database, used for running the import business, is written in Microsoft Access 97, and pulls data directly from Dynamics GP. One month after I arrived, the Dynamics GP server crashed and we lost several weeks data. We were dead in the water. John Kearns and Raynes White came in and worked intensively with us through the upgrade process and updating our Access databases. John and Raynes were a tremendous help. In particular, John showed great capability and flexibility in working through our issues and solving problems as they arose.
