Analysis and Planning: This phase contains all the preliminary activities you need to go through in order to prepare for the implementation. Our Project Analysis and Planning Process is part of our pre-sales activities and guides you through a series of steps to ensure proper project planning.

Setup and Installation: This phase includes a series of steps required for proper setup of the environment where the system will be installed, installation of the software, and preparation for system configuration and customization.

Configuration and Integration: After the system is installed, it is configured based on your requirements and data migration / integration activities take place.

Testing and Training: The system is thoroughly tested against business scenarios. We ensure that your core business processes are running according to specifications, then run a User Acceptance Testing and correct any deviations from the established parameters. This phase also includes extensive user training and preparation for going live.

Production Rollout: We complete the final activities required for going live with the system. A carefully planned rollout process ensures the system goes into production with minimum interruption. This marks the end of the project but not the end of our relationship.

Project Review: After going live, we keep in touch with you and your team to ensure the production system is running according to plan. We also go back and walk through our initial plan with you and do a simple, but effective, post-mortem analysis that is documented and given to you as part of our overall training and which you can use for planning future projects.

Support and Continuous Improvements: As we finish the implementation project, we continue giving you product support and business advice. We will be there to help you navigate the new functionality and handle new requests and make the most out of your new system. This includes applying patches, upgrading to new releases, creating reports, training new users, reviewing how certain features work, and more.
