- Synchronize a single ACT! database, including contacts, activities, and to-do items to your device. Any updates or new additions appear on your device when you sync.
- Choose to synchronize all or a subset of your contacts.
- Change the ACT! database that is synchronized to your device at anytime.
- Synchronize up to 20 ACT! notes and history items for each contact – choose which history types to sync.
- Synchronize custom data fields
- View daily, weekly, and monthly calendars on your device displaying your ACT! activities including calls, meetings and to-do items.
- Be notified of alarms created in ACT! for calls, meetings and to-do’s.
- View activity type from calendar view on your device.
- View contact or company name from the calendar view on your device.
- Cleared activities in ACT! will be removed on your device in the next sync.
